This book seeks to serve as a fly on the wall of those rooms, a resource if a conversation needs to be started around a piece, and a general deposition of the experiences that we live and how they truly effect us past "I'm Good". About Willie Williams Jr Willie Williams, a millennial mogul who is an educator by day and a small business owner once he hops off the clock. Willie uses his experience and platform to advocate for the black community through sharing stories, creating programs and content to give clarity to the readers and propel young black students forward into a wider space of opportunity. Willie has authored thirteen books sharing his journey through the black experience. Navigating college, teaching in a white school system, the effects of social media, depression and blessings, and being a revolutionary while describing how friendship powered him through it all. His most recent book, "The Black Male Teacher Experience 2", details the challenges and actions that enduring the school year as a Black Teacher who fights for the education of Black students comes with.
