It's time for black men to develop spaces where we can talk about our experiences, even the darkest ones. This is needed in order to auto correct or to update in order to dish out new bugs like apple does with your iPhone every two weeks. This book seeks to serve as a fly on the wall of those rooms, a resource if a conversation needs to be started around a piece, and a general deposition of the experiences that we live and how they truly effect us past "I'm Good". About Willie Williams Jr   Willie Williams, a millennial mogul who is an educator by day and a small business owner once he hops off the clock. Willie uses his experience and platform to advocate for the black community through sharing stories, creating programs and content to give clarity to the readers and propel young black students forward into a wider space of opportunity.   Willie has authored thirteen books sharing his journey through the black experience. Navigating college, teaching in a white school system, the effects of social media, depression and blessings, and being a revolutionary while describing how friendship powered him through it all.   As Willie navigates through a variety of environments we see how he remains unapologetically black as he powers through hurt, pain and adversity. He uses his experiences and treatment as a black male to empower others.   His first book, The Black Male College Experience" ranked in the Top Ten for African-American poetry on Amazon within its first four weeks. His chess book, "TEACH YOUR BLACK CHILD CHESS", looks to train black parents and students on playing the game of chess while using diverse concepts for understanding and creating concepts around the terms they learn. His most recent book, "The Black Male Teacher Experience 2", details the challenges and actions that enduring the school year as a Black Teacher who fights for the education of Black students comes with.   Willie has also produced written educational content to prepare young college bound readers to better position themselves for higher education. These works include Beyond the Hill HBCU College Tour Coloring Book & Accepted Admissions College Readiness Workbook.   A lifelong educator who looks to grow and advance the movements and trajectory of black people throufgh education, writing, music and other avenues that speak to the African- American soul.
