Toms Price Adjustment Policy
Toms does not have a price adjustment policy. If you’re not satisfied with your merchandise, the company allows you to return it for a refund within 60 days of your order date. Below is the procedure to follow when returning your merchandise:
- Fill the return form provided with every Toms purchase. Next to the items listed on the form, indicate the how many items you want to return and the reason for returning them. Note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- Choose the type of refund.
- Include the return form in the original box together with the item(s) you are returning. The items should be in their original, unused condition.
- Attach the UPS return label to your package. The return label is included in the original package.

Toms Refund Policy
If Toms receives your return within 60 days from your order date, you will receive the refund in the original payment method. This means that if you paid through PayPal, the refund will be issued back to your account. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued to back to your card. If you paid using a Toms.com gift card or Toms.com store credit, the refund will go back to your Toms.com account.
Give Toms between 5 and 7 working days to process your refund. It’s important to note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will vary depending on the mode of original payment. Also, the refund will appear as separate credit for every item returned. If you receive your refund in the form of a Toms Gift Card, you can use it to make future purchases within the timelines indicated on the card.
