As a child, she was a high-level competitive gymnast, a young entrepreneur with her own shell craft business, and a member of a tent camping club with her family. She loves RVing, boating, flying, skiing and is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she got her business degree and had a lot of fun in the great outdoors. She resides in New Jersey, where her husband, Gerald, is a public school teacher at a local vocational high school. In 2022 Jennifer switched gears from her busy corporate career to focus full time on creating the Big Rig Family Truckster storybook series and a camp-lifestyle fashion brand, called #WeCampFolk to accompany it.
