Gwen started her small business journey after becoming a mom and discovering her newfound passion and purpose -- passing on her family's traditions and culture down to her kids. She began creating cultural activity kits for children to help families like hers celebrate their Chinese heritage. Growing up Taiwanese American, she often struggled with identity and finding where she belonged. Gwen's hope is to help raise the next generation of third culture kids to feel proud and empowered by their roots. Joanne Shi is a mama of three boys, licensed therapist, and an avid doodler. She wears many hats in life but one of her main goals is to spread wonder and hope through her artwork. She believes in the importance of being a light in an often very dark world and hopes her doodles can bring a smile to someone on the hardest days.
