How to Make It Yourself:

BS 611/1, 611/2, 611/3 Flat Molds:

Casting Weight: Approx. 12.70 lbs (5.77 kg)
Mix Ratio (1:2 Cement to Sand):
4.23 lbs (1.92 kg) Portland cement
8.46 lbs (3.84 kg) Sand (20–30 mesh recommended)
16.93 oz (0.46 l) Water (20–30% of cement weight)
0.68 oz (19.22 g) Super-plasticizer (1%)
Optional: dry pigments for color

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients and pigment first.
Add water and mix for at least 3 minutes.
Add super-plasticizer to water 10–15 minutes before mixing, if needed.
Apply release agent to mold, pour mixture, and cover with plastic.
Let cure 12–24 hours, then demold your bricks.
