Rosemary Syrup by Bacanha is an elixir of the shrub often used in cooking. Its naturally peppery smell combines with its characteristic, herbaceous and spicy taste. Raw rosemary syrup has multiple applications. It can be combined with your lemonade, tea or cocktail recipes in which it will bring a sweet, fragrant bitterness. Each of our bottles is a 400ml recyclable glass bottle. Each bottle of raw syrup is a concentrate of 20 drinks, an ecological gesture that helps reduce the harmful impact of single-use drinks on our planet. Our flavors are made in the Grasse region of France but the raw materials can come from different countries. We choose natural extracts, essential oils, fruit juices and aromas, hence this “raw” name that we have created for our syrups. We do not use colorings or preservatives, the syrups therefore have natural shades, little or no color depending on the recipe and the fruit. Founded in 2013, Bacanha was born from a family history in Paris and developed in the Paris region. We are reinventing syrup by adopting unique creation and manufacturing processes. The work and know-how of our teams combined with limitless passion and creativity allow us to offer you exceptional drinks. Our main commitment is the excellence of our products: we select quality ingredients to offer real taste signatures, with at the heart of each one an intense aroma and unique flavors, specific to our creations. Sugar, the main ingredient of our syrups, comes from Brazil, where it is cultivated in a way that preserves the soil and the environment (regenerative biological management). Native our supplier is the first food company in Brazil to receive ROC certification (Regenerative Organic Certified) This certification authenticates companies that effectively contribute to soil regeneration, appreciation of animal welfare and worker dignity rural. Producing sustainably while regenerating the environment for future generations is part of our commitment to nature. The syrup is made in our workshop, near Paris, where the bottles are also labeled and packaged by us. We use amber glass bottles which protect the syrup from light so that it can be consumed for longer. Glass is a mineral material and can be recycled endlessly. You can use our syrups in drinks (with water or in many recipes, in cocktails, with coffee or tea), in cooking and baking to enhance the taste of certain foods but also in medicine for the virtues of certain herbs and plants.
