Setup & Verification To activate your device, download the SumUp App and create a verified business profile. Get verified in less than 15 minutes (Exceptions apply and may vary from user to user) when business information (EIN, address, etc.) is ready. Devices that appear inactive or unusable before verification are not defective - setup must be completed through the app first.
