1. Different pendant with different open place. so when you get it , please find the pendant opening. this can be the bail itself as hole to hold memories, or square screw somewhere on the pendant.
2 . If the pendant's hole is using to cross the necklace, just to open it by hand, if it is on the screw place, please use the screwdriver we provide , unscrew the pendant . And then pIace the funnel into the opening .
3 . Fill the pendant about 90 % full , making sure to leave room to install the screw . A pin we provide can help you fill the memories.
