    Naphcon-A combination drug temporary relieves the symptoms like red, itchy or watery eyes that occur as a result of allergies to pollen, grass, ragweed, dander and animal hair. Allergies affecting the eyes can lead to aching eyes and continuous eye irritation that at times cause blurred vision or change in vision. They increase the fluid production the eyes thus resulting in watery eyes. Naphcon-A drug combination addresses these situations. The decongestant part, naphazoline sympathomimetic amine narrows the blood vessels n you eyes that reduce the eye redness. The antihistamine, pheniramine acts by blocking a particular natural substance, histamine, which causes allergic symptoms like itchy and watery eyes.

    Below is the basic dosage used my most of the physicians to give Naphcon-A to their patients. Depending on your condition or medical history, a doctor may prescribe a varying regimen. Therefore, you shouldn't start or stop taking your medication or even change the dosage without consulting your healthcare professional.

    The necessary Naphcon-A doses are as below

    • Administer one to two (1-2) drops of Naphcon-A to the affected eyes four times in a day
