There are also products with names similar to Nasacort but contains different ingredients for different treatments.   • Nasacort Dosage

    Nasacort dosage depends on the individual taking it as well as the advice of the doctor. Below you will find a typical Nasacort dosage. Nasacort adult dose for allergic rhinitis:

    • For nasal aerosol: 2 actuations for each nostril once a day
    • For nasal spray: 2 sprays in each nostril once a day

    Note: These doses could increase depending on the needs of the patient. Nasacort pediatric dose for allergic rhinitis (only for nasal spray):

    • 2-5 years old: 1 spray in each nostril once a day
    • 6-11 years old: 1 spray in each nostril once a day; maximum dose is only 2 sprays for each nostril
    • 12 years up: 2 sprays in each nostril once a day

    Note: For 6-11 years old and 12 years up, once the symptoms are controlled, dose should be decreased to lowest effective dose
