Qnasl is used to treat allergies by reducing painful or bothersome inflammation, especially in the sinuses. Allergies happen because the body's immune system has a reaction to a substance that is harmless, but the body cannot recognize that it is harmless. The immune system then goes to war with the body in trying to rid itself of the substance. This often results in inflammation, a runny nose, coughing, and sneezing in pollen allergies. Qnasl is used by putting the applicator of the bottle into the nostril and squeezing the bottle firmly. It is advised to never share Qnasl with anyone else, even someone who has a prescription to Qnasl, because you are using the bottle itself as an applicator. Below you will find the uses of Qnasl.
Dosage of Qnasl depends on the individual and the condition being treated. Please be sure to understand that the standard dosages in this list are for the standard patient.
