Tobramycin is used in conditions such as pyelonephritis, pneumonia, bacteremia, endocarditis, osteomyelitis and many more. Tobramycin is usually administered via the intravenous or intramuscular routes, but the drug can also be delivered via inhalational and ophthalmic routes too.
